Let us handle the time consuming work

Settlement inspection

We document the condition of the property when moving where we prepare a thorough written and visual move-in inspection, incl. photo documentation.

Ongoing contact with tenant

If the tenant has questions or comments during the rental period, we handle tenant communication.

Caretaker service / handyman

If a solution can not be found by phone, we will send our handyman to help the tenant. It can be venting of a radiator, a stopped drain or assessment of general conditions.

Requisition and management of craftsmen etc. Including obtaining quotes

If work is to be carried out in the property which is part of the landlord's maintenance obligations, we have a large network of reliable and experienced craftsmen at competitive prices.

Move-out inspection

Upon move-out we arrange move-out inspection including photo documentation and a moving statement is sent to the tenants.

Rent collection

We make sure to collect rent from the tenant and subsequently transfer to the landlord.

Handling of claims and cancellations

If the rent is not paid on time, we initiate a reminder service, including written notices. If the tenant does not respond to the notices, we initiate lease cancellation on behalf of the landlord.

Consumption accounting

We prepare annual utility account, i.e. water and heat, on the basis of the tenant's paid advance payment and the actual consumption. If the advance amount is to be set up afterwards, we will take care of the practicalities.

Rent

If the lease is time limited and the tenant terminates during the time limited period, LejeMægleren will find a new tenant for the remaining part of the period.
