Move-in inspection

We document the condition of the property when you move in by conducting a thorough written and visual move-in inspection, including photo documentation.

Ongoing contact with the tenant

If the tenant has any questions or comments during the rental period, we take the dialogue and avoid involving you as the landlord as much as possible.

Janitorial services / Handyman

If a solution cannot be found over the phone, we will send our handyman to help the tenant. This could be, for example, venting a radiator, a blocked drain or assessing general conditions.

Requesting and managing tradesmen etc. - including obtaining quotes

If work needs to be carried out in the rental property that falls under the landlord's maintenance obligation, we have a large network of reliable and experienced craftsmen at competitive prices.

Move-out inspection incl. handover inspection when moving out

When the tenant moves out, we will convene and carry out a thorough move-out inspection, including photo documentation, within the deadline stipulated in the Tenancy Act. Based on the inspection, we prepare the handover process including a statement for the tenant.

Rent collection

We take care of collecting rent from the tenant and then transfer it to the landlord.

Handling claims and cancellations

If the rent is not paid on time, we will initiate a reminder service with a written demand. If the tenant does not respond to the rent demand, LejeMægleren cancels the lease for the landlord.

Consumption accounting

We prepare an annual consumption statement, for example for water and heating, based on the tenant's prepayment and actual consumption. If the instalment needs to be increased afterwards, we take care of the practicalities.
