Overview of expected return

When you rent out your home, the result of the rental must be reported to the Danish Tax Agency via an advance tax assessment and tax return. Depending on the type of property, rental period, personal income situation, etc. there may be differences in which tax model makes the most sense for you. There are several options to choose from.

Financial counselling

Based on the landlord's personal financial circumstances and information, advice is given on the choice of taxation method, including the ordinary income method, the company scheme or the capital return scheme. This gives the landlord a real picture of what return can be expected.

Auditor package

From 5,000 kr. 

incl. VAT per year

With the accountant package, you can outsource all bookkeeping to a professional and guard against unpleasant surprises.

Bookkeeping

Accounting for rent, operating costs, acquisition, loans, etc.

Advance tax return and tax return

For private individuals, sole traders or I/S.

Annual report, information form and any dividend and company law documents

For companies, ApS or A/S.
